Cancellation
14 days or more advance notice prior to
arrival date- refund less $25.00 processing fee.
Notice less than 14 days of arrival date will incur a charge of
one night's stay.
Groups - 3 rooms or more -30 days or more advance notice prior to
arrival date- refund less $25.00 processing fee per accommodation.
Notice less than 30 days of arrival date will incur a charge of
one night's stay per accommodation.
Policy Deposit $250.00 required at check in (credit card or cash).
No refunds for early departures.
Occupancy
Maximum Occupancy per room not to be exceeded.
Exceeding maximum occupancy will result in loss of reservation without
refund.
Facilities
Facilities are for registered guests. The
Lodge limits entry to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of our guests.
Day visitors may not be accepted. Prior approval is required.
Please do not place your Ice Chest in the
room. All rooms have refrigerators. Ice Chest may be kept outside
your door on the walkway.
Place bicycles, water toys, fishing equipment
(including bait), skis, and life jackets under the staircases or
in your vehicle. Do not store items in your room.
Towels For In Room Use Only. Towels are
exchanged once a day. Place towels in the plastic bags located under
the sink and leave outside door by noon.
Furniture is not to be removed from room
for outside use.
Candles in rooms and Fireworks on property
are prohibited.
Barbeque pits on lawn for your convenience. Do not place on or near
buildings.
Check with office staff for storage area
for Gasoline, it cannot be placed within 25 Feet of Buildings.
Heavy cleanup including odor elimination
will incur an additional charge to your credit card.
Drop room keys off in the office or place
them in key box outside office door. Lost key charge is $15.00
Wildlife
Our Deer have a special diet and are not
potty trained. Please do not feed then on the lawns or walkways.
Other
Please be considerate of our other guests.
Quiet time 11PM- 8 AM
Failure to comply with policies will forfeit
your deposit and may result in loss of reservation without refund.
